At Advanced Therapies Congress 2025, Limula presented LimONE, a fully automated, closed platform integrating T-cell selection, activation, gene transfer, expansion, and harvest within a single vessel.

Using Akadeum buoyancy-based CD3 negative selection integrated into LimONE, fresh PBMCs were processed and expanded to clinically relevant doses within a 7-day automated CAR-T workflow.

• >93% CD3+ purity with >68% recovery from fresh PBMCs, from input to seeding in 1 hour 45 minutes
