Mitigating complexity in T-cell manufacturing through a fully integrated end-to-end bioreactor workflow

Scinus Cell Expansion demonstrates integrated T-cell isolation, activation, and expansion within the Osilaris™ bioreactor using Akadeum’s microbubble-based negative selection.

T cells were isolated directly in-bag from leukopak material and expanded to clinically relevant scale within a closed, GMP-aligned manufacturing workflow.

Performance Highlights

• 92–94% CD3⁺ purity with ~98% viability after in-bag isolation
• >140-fold expansion generating up to 8 × 10⁹ activated T cells
